Kiffy’s Take

First things first, I don’t know what Kiffin told his team, but if it was anything about the job, it would have leaked. My guess is he told them something to the effect of “they said the same things in 2022 and I’m still here. Stay focused.” It was interesting McGrath’s weaving of Lane’s admiration for Gainesville into her report. We have not heard that specifically before, but it makes sense given that’s where he met his ex-wife and his rebranding as a family man.
